The shipment always starts from our main store in Cologne: Friesenplatz 19, 50672 Köln, Germany.
Shipment within the federal state of Germany has a charge of € 5 per order. All shipment within the European Union and Switzerland has a charge of € 18 per order. These are fixed prices by DHL.
Other worldwide shipments are available on request per email or through our Service-Hotline.
Weingarten reserves its right to decide what can and cannot be delivered to which destination. Weingarten products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and this is the responsibility of the customers. Please check details in your country before placing your order. Delivery costs will not be refunded in case of returns. Postage/freight costs for returns have to be paid by the customer.
Your order can also be delivered to one of our German stores. In this case you will avoid delivery costs!
As soon as your order has arrived in your selected store, you will receive an email. Your order will be available for collection for 5 working days in that store.
You can pick up your package in-store. In case you want to try the clothes on in-store, our personnel will be happy to advise you. Any returns will be credited to your account within one week. Direct Clearance or the exchange of items without making a new payment is not possible.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. It depends on completion of the order. We inform you by email when your order has been picked up by DHL. Under normal circumstances your order will arrive in 2-5 days within Germany. For European orders or for orders from outside of Europe please check delivery times at DHL.
Indemnification claims for late delivery are not possible.
Our dispatch will take place from Monday till Friday. On Saturday, Sunday and on German bank holidays there is no dispatch possible.
We try to keep our Online-Shop and its available stock up to date. Normally all items that you can buy and put in your shopping basket are in stock. Exceptionally it can occur that an item is sold out. You will receive an immediate email from us, if an item cannot be delivered. If unavailable, you will soon get a refund of your purchase price on your account. At times of high order frequencies, for example during special offers or sale periods, it can happen that certain items are sold out very fast. Sometimes an alternative product can be proposed to you. Our advisers will contact you to ask for your agreement.
