Shipping with DHL!

The delivery of the packages is done by DHL. If the parcel delivery service does not meet you, it will leave you a notification card and your parcel will be held in the nearest DHL post office. There you can then pick it up within seven working days.

The delivery of the ordered goods takes place from our parent company in Cologne (Friesenplatz 19, 50672 Cologne).


The shipping costs per order in Germany are 6 € regardless of the order value. For deliveries within the European Union and Switzerland we charge 18 € per order.

On request we also deliver overseas. You can request the shipping costs by e-mail or via our service hotline.

For the use of the DHL return stickers you provide us only 5.00 EUR.

For returns from abroad, the sticker on the return slip is not valid. Please send us the goods from abroad always back freely. The return costs from abroad are to be borne by the buyer.

Delivery to the store - Click & Collect

From now on you can also have your order delivered to your desired branch and thus save on the entire shipping costs.

Once your package arrives at the store, you will receive a confirmation email from the store. From this point on, your parcel will be ready for pickup for one week.

You can take your order immediately and try on your chosen parts at home. Alternatively, you can unpack your package together with one of our shopping consultants on the spot and return immediately if you do not like it. The return amount will be refunded within one week via the chosen payment method. A settlement with newly selected items is unfortunately not possible.

Delivery time

The ordered goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified in the order as soon as possible. The delivery time can be found in the specification of the respective article. The delivery date depends on the item with the longest delivery time. Delivery by us is subject to the proviso that we ourselves are supplied correctly and on time. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your order has left our house.

If possible, you will receive your order in a single shipment. If we are unable to fulfill your order in exceptional cases or not within the delivery time, we will also inform you via e-mail. Compensation for late delivery is excluded.

From Monday to Friday, your ordered goods leave our warehouse. On Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on all public holidays, there is no shipping of the goods.

Not available

The stocks of our online shop items are updated regularly and at frequent intervals. All items displayed in the online store are usually available as well. If this is not the case in exceptional cases and we therefore can not execute your order or not immediately, we will inform you about this promptly by e-mail or by phone. In the event of non-availability, we will refund any already received consideration immediately.

In times of high order frequencies, e.g. In actions, it may happen that special articles in the online shop and in our stationary branches are very much in demand. If, at the same time as you order online, a customer pays for the item at one of our stores, it may sell out. Our sales staff will gladly recommend an alternative to your desired item by phone.
