For the use of the DHL return stickers you provide us only 5.00 EUR.
The ordered goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified in the order as soon as possible. The delivery time can be found in the specification of the respective article. The delivery date depends on the item with the longest delivery time. Delivery by us is subject to the proviso that we ourselves are supplied correctly and on time. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your order has left our house.
If possible, you will receive your order in a single shipment. If we are unable to fulfill your order in exceptional cases or not within the delivery time, we will also inform you via e-mail. Compensation for late delivery is excluded.
From Monday to Friday, your ordered goods leave our warehouse. On Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on all public holidays, there is no shipping of the goods.
The stocks of our online shop items are updated regularly and at frequent intervals. All items displayed in the online store are usually available as well. If this is not the case in exceptional cases and we therefore can not execute your order or not immediately, we will inform you about this promptly by e-mail or by phone. In the event of non-availability, we will refund any already received consideration immediately.
In times of high order frequencies, e.g. In actions, it may happen that special articles in the online shop and in our stationary branches are very much in demand. If, at the same time as you order online, a customer pays for the item at one of our stores, it may sell out. Our sales staff will gladly recommend an alternative to your desired item by phone.
